Malta Ordinary Residence Permit

Malta Ordinary Residence is aimed at people who intend to reside in Malta for a period longer than three months. Individuals are obliged to register and apply for a residence permit (e-Residence card) if they intend to stay in Malta.
The Malta Residence Permit is available to both EU and Non-EU nationals. However, Non-EU nationals rights are not automatic like EU nationals and they must satisfy the conditions imposed for Malta residence. Contact us for a residence planning consultation and start the application process.
