How long does it take to register a company in the Netherlands?

We can open a Dutch company within 48 hours from receiving the relevant documents. The documents in question would need to include all due diligence documents and share capital funds/fees. Once the incorporation is complete, the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce Commercial Register (Handelsregister) will publish a Certificate of Incorporation.

To register your company in the Dutch Commercial Register, you need to have a Dutch address. This can be your own address or a so-called zakenadres. The required documents for company registration in Malta include:
