How much does it cost to register a company in Malta?
The Maltese company registration fee is payable to the Registrar of Companies at the time of incorporation. This can range from a minimum of EUR 245.00 to a maximum of EUR 1,750.00, depending on the value of Authorised Share Capital. In addition, an annual fee of EUR 100.00 must be paid upon submission of an Annual Return and this is generally managed through our directorship and back-office services. The share capital can be divided into ordinary shares or preference shares with various classes and variants available. Bearer shares are not permitted in Malta and ownership is evidenced by entries in the Malta company register as well as issuance of official share/debenture certificates.

How long does it take to register a company in Malta?
